Exam day - Friday 21st October Due to the size of this event, 16 different rooms were used for the examination. This meant that careful planning and clear communication was required from the team. 07:00: 30 members of TEAMCo staff arrived at ExCeL and started with the largest of all the rooms, which needed to accommodate 442 candidates. It was crucial that they all worked together to set up all of the laptops with a keyboard, mouse, mouse mat and charger. Working very methodically, the team worked together to check that everything on the laptop was working ready for the exam. This included:

turning the laptop sound off
checking the internet connection
ensuring the laptop was connected to a stable power supply

After the checks were completed, the remaining rooms were set up and checked according to the same quality standards. 10:00: All 894 workstations were set up and ready to go! After several more checks to ensure everything was working fully, the team had a short break before the candidates arrived.
