What type of information we have

We currently collect and process the following information:

The personal data transferred concern the following categories of data:

candidate name or other unique identifiers (used in lieu of name)
email address
captured facial photo
video of upper body and face
captured ID photo (driving licence, passport photo or other photo ID)
screenshots from the PC of the candidate
all recorded video streams – computer, webcam and mobile (if applicable); with audio (via microphone and streamed via the webcam)
exam sponsor/awarding organisation;
test name
exam date
exam length
notes regarding an individual’s exam session
other exam/session based data that may be collected
candidate IP address and location
operating system and browser type of the candidate
chat sessions
email support messages
for compatibility of candidate’s equipment: browser version, appVersion, appName, product and appCodeName, video frame size, type and library used for encoding, frame rate, jitter, packet loss and bandwidth (via WebRTC in Google Chrome browser).

How we get the information and why we have it

This data is transferred from the Data Controller to TEAMCo Remote LTD who is the processor. It is collected from a secure software system.

The personal data transferred will be subject to the following basic processing activities:

How we store your information

TEAMCo Remote Ltd has no responsibility for deletion of customer data from the Software Platforms. Customer data is automatically deleted after 6 months by a software feature within the software platform.

Your right to rectification – you have the right to ask us to rectify information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
